There are many ways that you can help FACES!
Your financial assistance is always needed:
- We welcome your donations that may be sent to our offices
located at:
FACES: The National Craniofacial Association
P. O. Box 11082
Chattanooga, TN 37401
Contributions to FACES are deductible for income tax
purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
-
| FACES: The National Craniofacial Association depends upon public donations to
continue its work. You can also make a donation using your credit card! Making a
donation through our secure server is fast and easy, and when we receive your
donation, we will send you an acknowledgement in the mail for tax purposes. Click on the Give Direct button to make
a donation. Thank you for your support!

- Adopt-A-Face Program
This is a wonderful program for individuals, organizations, and businesses to
"adopt" one of our FACES' Clients (those families to whom we provide financial
assistance for traveling away from home for their reconstructive surgeries). The program
involves a three-year pledge of $600.00 per year and the entire contribution goes to
assist the "adopted" family. The family is made aware of your contribution on
their behalf and we keep you updated on the progress of your "adopted" child.

- CFC - Combined Federal Campaign
If you are a Federal employee, FACES is listed as #11268 as a choice for
your charitable donations. You will find our listing under Children's Medical
Charities of America. The generosity of those participating in the CFC has
enabled FACES to make tremendous gains in the number of families that we serve each year.
- State Employee Campaigns
If you are a state employee in one of the following states, you will find that FACES is
one of the choices for your charitable giving: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida,
Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New
Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee,
Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
- United Way Campaigns
Most United Way Campaigns offer "Donor Choice", in which you are able to
designate the charity that you wish to assist. If you have this option, you can designate
FACES; P. O. Box 10082, Chattanooga, TN 37401. FACES is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization.
Be a part of our FACES Support Network:
- Be a contact for other families
If you would like to volunteer to be listed as a contact for new parents of babies born
with a particular craniofacial disorder, please let us know by calling FACES at
800-332-2373. Your words of wisdom and experience can be so helpful to other families who
are making the "unplanned journey" down the roads you have already traveled.
- Share your story with our Newsletter readers
FACES quarterly newsletter is mailed to approximately 20,000 homes, hospitals, social
workers, businesses, schools, and libraries. Our readers love to read personal stories of
the accomplishments of others. You may mail your stories and pictures to FACES; P. O. Box
11082; Chattanooga, TN 37401.
- Share helpful resources you have found
The number of resources dedicated to helping those with craniofacial disorders is rapidly
growing. Let us know if there has been a resource you have found to be particularly
helpful so that we can share these through our web site and newsletter. We will also be
happy to publicize information about resources that you have started yourself in order to
assist other families. Some of the best resources we know of were started by mothers of
children with craniofacial problems who were determined to share the information and
knowledge that was so hard for them to obtain.
