Thank you for registering your child for FACES Camp!

 

Complete Your Registration

 

To secure your child's spot at FACES Camp, please submit a $50 refundable deposit per camper.
 

  1. Submit your deposit using the payment button below

    • We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Pay, or
      U.S. Bank (ACH)​
       

  2. Watch for your confirmation email with instructions to complete registration through Camp Woodmont.
 

Important: Your registration is not complete until we receive your deposit. The $50 deposit will be refunded to you after your child attends camp.​

FACES The National Craniofacial Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Since 1969, FACES: The National Craniofacial Association, has served children and adults throughout the United States with severe craniofacial disorders resulting from birth, injuries, or disease. There is never a charge for any service provided by FACES.
Our program services address three distinct areas:

Client Travel, Public Awareness and Understanding, and Information and Support.
