EASY

  • Facebook Birthday Fundraiser — set FACES as your birthday charity so friends can give in a couple of clicks.

  • Peer-to-peer fundraising page online— share your family's story and ask friends to give.

  • Tip jar or round-up jar at your workplace, church, or salon.

  • Dining night — ask a local restaurant to donate a % of sales for one evening.

MORE INVOLVED

  • Bake sale or lemonade stand — a great one for kids to help lead.

  • Yard or garage sale with proceeds donated to FACES.

  • Trivia night, bunco, or cards night at a community space.

  • Craft fair booth or vendor table with a donation jar and FACES brochures.

BIGGER EVENTS

  • 5K walk/run or fun run.

  • Golf tournament.

  • Silent auction or dinner.

  • School spirit day / dress-down day with a donation.

RAISING AWARENESS: LUNCH  & LEARN

No fundraising ask required — just awareness. Invite friends, coworkers, your church group, or a civic club (Rotary, Lions Club) for a casual lunch. Share your family's craniofacial journey, talk about what FACES offers — medical travel grants, family support, and FACES Camp — and hand out FACES brochures so guests can learn more or pass them along.

How to host one:

  • Pick a casual spot — home, workplace break room, or a community room.

  • Invite 8–15 people; keep it to 30–45 minutes.

  • Contact FACES for a stack of brochures and any photos/handouts to bring.

  • Share your story in your own words — that's the most powerful part.

  • Leave brochures and contact info so guests can follow up.

OTHER AWARENESS IDEAS

  • Table at a health fair, church event, or school open house with FACES brochures.

  • Ask your child's pediatrician or craniofacial team to display brochures in their office.

  • Share your story with a local news outlet or community Facebook group.

  • Share your story on social media with resources from FACES.
